What to Expect in Therapy
In our first session, I will invite you to share what has brought you to therapy. This initial meeting helps us determine whether we can work well together and whether you feel comfortable continuing the therapeutic process. From there, we collaboratively shape a therapeutic approach that suits your needs.
Therapy sessions are conducted online and are adapted to support your unique circumstances and goals. Sessions may be short-term and focused, or longer-term and in-depth—depending on what you bring and what you need.
Areas of Support
Many people seek therapy when they are experiencing emotional or psychological distress that disrupts their daily lives. Common issues I work with include:
- Anxiety disorders
- Stress-related conditions, including PTSD
- Eating disorders
- Depression and postnatal depression
- Loss and bereavement
- Relationship difficulties and breakdowns
- Women's Health- facing cancer treatment, hormonal changes, or navigating peri- to post-menopausal transitions
- ADHD
I also work with individuals navigating life transitions, identity shifts, trauma, and emotional overwhelm—as well as those working with plant medicine, altered states of consciousness and psychedelic experiences.
Confidential and Professional
All sessions are held with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. Therapy is a space for you to be heard without judgment, to reflect deeply, and to begin making sense of the inner dynamics that may be contributing to distress or repeating patterns.
If you are considering therapy, I welcome you to reach out with any questions or to schedule an initial consultation.
