In addition to private practice, I have had extensive experience working in both primary and secondary school settings, supporting the emotional development of children and adolescents.
A Safe Space to Speak & Explore
Whether you're seeking therapy for presenting issues or symptoms related to anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, or navigating a life transition, I offer a safe and reflective space to explore unconscious patterns, emotional challenges, and relational difficulties.
Psychotherapy as termed “the talking cure” is a space for speaking subjects, in the case of limited language, symbolic play and art is interpreted as an opportunity for healing and transformation through dialogue, reflection, and insight.
For those working with psychedelic experiences—through ceremonies, retreats, clinical trials, or microdosing—I offer dedicated integration therapy. This includes psychoanalytic support to explore insights, process challenging material, and ground the experience in meaningful, long-term change.
What to Expect In Therapy
When we first meet, I’ll invite you to share what brings you to therapy. Together, we’ll explore whether this is the right space and approach for you. If working with a child or adolescent, I begin with an intake session with parents or guardians. Therapy can be arranged on a short- or long-term basis depending on your needs.
